'1st Doctor: My Generation - The Who (1964)'
Someone should do a new Doctor Who version of this.
People try to shoot me down!
Talkin' 'bout regeneration!

Paul played the Doctor very well... I echo Sylvester McCoy's comments about the regeneration though, it would have been better not to include that in the film (which was rather contrived, I felt) and later revisit it once the series started.
Of course, they did do a "cold open" with Chris Ecclestone, and it worked much better!! Would have been nice to have seen that regeneration worked in somehow though...

Music used in this clip -
1st Doctor: My Generation - The Who (1964)
2nd Doctor: Whiter Shade of Pale - Procol Harum
3rd Doctor: My Sweet Lord - George Harrison
4th Doctor: Space Oddity (Major Tom) - David Bowie
5th Doctor: Karma Chameleon - Culture Club
6th Doctor: You Spin Me Round - Dead Or Alive
7th Doctor: The Final Countdown - Europe
8th Doctor: High & Dry - Radiohead
My favorite Doctors so far are Tom Baker and David Tennant. I haven't seen 1, 2, 3, 7 or 8 yet, but I will!

Oh I loved McGann as the doctor! I would have liked to have seen him in a series rather than the film though which was poor compared to the series I felt. |
