though i technically have my home in europe i still consider new york my hometown.. and i miss that city with all my herat, but it's impossible for me to leave, it's too many things i'd have to leave behind. i love listening to this song everytime i miss my real home. both blake's and michael buble's version are amazing! the song's very sad and nostalgic, but i LOVE it :))

i miss my baby and my wife, and i have to far from them for 2 year more in japan. i have 2 kid, and a 2nd kid was born at april 2008 and can't watch it. heard this song make me remember how we spend our time as a family....hiks

I teared up reading all the comments from folks who miss loved ones. I hope all of you are reunited. This song makes me think of my time as a young man in the north of England. The castles and markets were amazing, especially to a kid who'd grown up in town without a two-story mall, but I missed my future wife. I'd get so excited when I'd get a letter from her (pre-email). This song never got to me till Blake sang it. You tore it up Blake!
