Well hell, based on this video I'd choose steroids. I mean really, this is just like all of the other steroid related flicks on youtube. It shows dozens of pictures of Gregg Valentino, talks about mortifying side effects, and quickly ends without saying anything productive towards the actual controversy, which is if moderate steroid use is actually harmful.

I'm sure he agrees that his arms aren't good looking at all. but I just feel like this slide show is a little bias when it comes to its negativity. Many of the side effects, according to American Medical association, are temporary/reversal after stopping use.
Not saying there aren't any adverse effects, but you made it almost seem like certain death. lol.

He's actually right.The current ban on steroid use has made it impossible to do the research on its long term effects. Many of the facts that are relayed by the media have been false
