I hate how some people on here are trashing the cop, I bet you didn't know that if in fact the car didn't stop and kept rolling or someone hit the car or if the car hit something, he's right, it would have been on the cop. He would have been liable, and hten in return he would be interrogated as to why he let the car go. He didn't give a ticket or anything, he jsut covered his own ass by making sure it got towed back to where it came from.

you didnt have license plates dummy. if you had plates & insurance it woulda been ok. nothing in the rules says a 'car' must use an engine
