i agree, this movie was a little ahead of it's time i can't even get my buddies to watch it with me because it's just known as a bad movie i really think if ben stiller (director) would've just played the part of steven himself instead of matthew broderick this movie would now be a classic broderick does a good job but nothing beats stiller's wussy character (along came polly), and with his popularity now i guarantee this movie would be a cult classic, at least
