its most likely in .rar format. you need winrar to extract it and then you can use it

theres alot of different hacking tools but i think that advance map and advance text are the most basic. you can get hacking tools at wah(dot)studiopokemon(dot)com and freewebs(dot)com/birminstudios

u need a emulator 2, u can get tha emulator from romhustler dot com, and u need tha advanced map, u can get tha from wah dot pokemon studio dot com |
