Not that I care about the emmys or what she said but to me it was cut off just cause it was a confused and long speech ... I don't think it was cut off for the content. Either way ... it's easy to critocize and rant when you have the right to do so ... just don't forget there those rights were came from and who fought to get them!

are you even remotely aware that as countries develop, their population stabilizes and since globalization has been taking place, countries (in South America, the Caribbean, Africa, and some in Asia) have slowed down their birth rates. Obviously there is a problem still(Turkey, India, Mexico) but population has slowed dramatically as a result of globalization. And I agree with lea210- when you say "breeding" you're making it sound very impersonal.

I no longer watch the Emmy's, Grammy's, Tony's, Academy awards or any other maily for this reason. These celebrities can no longer act like professionals. (And it's their job to act?) What does the war or any other political statement have to do with their career? Fuck Sally Field and the countless other Hollyweird-o's that have polluted the entertainment medium with their hypocritical partisan views.
