I've seen nothing of the sort here up in the north, even if I did, I wouldn't take it. Down south I can only use stereotypes, since I've never had a reason to go there. I would also expect a 9mm bullet to be fired more often since the striker doesn't have to do as much work to get the bullet out. but I read somewhere (can't remember where now) that it was the other way round. Maybe a typo that's sunk in. But since they're illegal I've no idea if it's true or not...

right.... you really are a bit of a doofus aren't you? Just remember, you are 500 times more likely to get shot dead if you are carrying a gun than if you aren't carrying one...if that doesn't make you think what does???

I was offered one in the south (Berkshire) and many in the North. As for the Mac-10, you are right and I do remember the .45 version, but they are slower not faster, the more powerful the round the slower they fire as a general rule of thumb. The Mac-10 is very cheap weapon, it is available to the civilian market for around 3000, or much cheaper on the black market (automatic weapons are more expensive now when legally purchased).

Just so you know, MAC-10s are capable of firing .45 bullets. They're actually capable of firing faster in .45 configuration than in 9mm config... Only like an extra 50 rounds per minute between the two configs though Also, "buy guns off the street"? only in London can you do that... London these days provides a very inaccurate view of the rest of England, or even the United Kingdom as a whole.

ok...lets try again. using "statistics" - the average American is seven times more likely to be murdered than their British counterpart and 60 times more likely to be shot. So...how exactly have guns made America a safer place?

... Cool guns? Only a Brit would think that guns are 'cool'. The USA has lower crime than England, read the statistics and facts. Country with less guns? That is why you can easily buy guns off the street then? So you think that a country that values the 'greater good' is more important than liberty and freedom? You communist.

Oh you sweet kid. I guess watching too many movies has had an effect on you. Believe it or not, when you get to be a 'grown up', you'll realise that the world isn't like it is in movies - the cool guns kill people in real life. eg which country has relaxed gun laws? USA. Which country has a murder rate several times higher than Europe? The USA. Coincidence? Maybe. So - to summarise: Country filled with guns = Lots die. Country with less guns = Less die. Can it be any simpler?

Sad? Why? Becouse I want freedom? Becouse I like liberty? England is a socialist dictatorship, a mob rule, I do not like it one bit, I support freedom not communism. Learn about guns, a Mac-10 fires 9 mil rounds, police are trained to fire two to the chest and one to the head for the simple reason that even two hits to the chest at point blank range cannot kill a man. In countries where they are available crime rates are much lower.
