Thanks for the reply, im measuring it with speed fan, ASUS Smart Doctor i think my high temperatures are of a result of then fan being to close to the bottom of the case (4-6cm) as i have a micro ATX style case.

What application are you measuring with?
GPUs can handle quite a lot of heat, but from my experiences they're usually 56-62 degrees at full use and 50 degrees idle.

sort of off topic but i recently purchased a EN9800GT (Hybrid Power)from ASUS. I get temperatures of around 81 Degrees (Celsius) whilst playing GRID on 16XQAA, 1920x1080 just with small O'clock Core:630mhz/
Shader:1500mhz (stock)/Mem:1800mhz (Stock) just wondering whether my GPU should be under these temperatures??? (i plan to keep this card for at least 2+years in good quality!)

igotsoapinmyeye, I would really be careful with cheap power supplies. Power Supplies are one thing that you really have to watch out for, and are generally too good to be true. A fried Power Supply can mean fried components. I would say your cheapest stable 500W is the Rosewill RP500, which is 44.99 on newegg.
