liar liar liar........all these free energies exist. But have been stopped and their creators disposed of. Why? Because this animal and his corrupt friends dont make any money out of it. Hydrogen cars are already a reality and water is everywhere. Perhaps we should run cars on bullshit, Clintons full of it and hot air

do you mean maximum instead of limit? i think the point is clear either way but whatever... anyways the amendment is why bush can't serve another term, why people were so happy that there was no way he could serve again. you don't have to read a history book to know that. the amendment was ratified sometime in the 1950s i think so FDR wouldn't have had to adhere to it. he only served three terms, he died early in what should have been his fourth and was succeeded by Harry Truman.

don`t you mean maximum? well i didn`t know that cos in my history books i read that Franklin D. Roosevelt served 4 terms but well maybe the Amendment came later
Kiley91 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
sorry i meant two TERM limit
Kiley91 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
he served two full terms, 8 years. he couldn't have run again anyway. the 22nd amendment put a two year limit on presidential terms.
