Here are the facts: Obladi Oblada was written by Paul Mac and recorded by the Fab 4 for the White Album - the song was then given to Marmalade by the Beatles publisher. Marmalade released their COVER VERSION which went to no 1 all over the world - and they all lived H-E-A

No dispute stgbaseball3! - obviously the Beatles recorded it first as this was the successful cover version a I said previously - BUT IT IS THE ORIGINAL MARMALADE COVER RELEASE ( there are a few impostors around pretending to be "The Marms"!)
