I am in an Explorers post, meaning I am in training for police duties but I am only 15. I am allowed to carry hadcuffs for my trainig purposes. So yes, you can buy them anywhere, preferably an Army Surplus store.

hello sir, i just want to ask, is it only the policeofficers that can have handcuffs with the serialnr, becaus i am a handcuffs collector and i just wonder if you can buy real police handcuffs any where, that i all wanted to ask you, and one more thing, your videos are great keep'em coming great job.

Its much easier with just a key.. get a key.. keep it safe. if u ever get caught and consider to escape, and u actually get away.. use the key..
