Hey guys, I usually drink milk and eat eggs and I eat about 2 banana's a day, is that good food for me? Im 14 years old, turning 15 soon.
And also, when you're doing bicep curls, are you supposed to push yourself to keep doing it even though your arm cant take anymore? Because I heard thats how you build muscles so I was wondering if it was true.
