well you keep your back straight through out the lift, so its easier on your back you use alot more leg power IMO feels better, also i did sumo for a while and switched to conventional and it helped my form out alot

Pound 4 pound-who front&back squats,push presses more? olympic weightlifters. e.g. the chinese weightlifters can overhead squat more den der AMAZING front squat. Beat that
i like powerliftin-but wen u think powerliftin is the best sport-not wiv u on dat 1.
