don't use any regular light bulb
Gro-Lux Light Bulbs are terrific
Then High Pressure Sodium Lights
Or Just Flourescent light (which work well but don't produce as much heat).

cfls or hps mh? cfls go with 3-4 23 watt 6k color bulbs and 6 3k for flowering....hps/mh150
