This was one excellent speech. People like her represent the new kind of blood that we need in Washington DC. She's a reformer, when she see's something that's not right, she set's out to make it right. She doesn't just talk about change, she's actually been part of it, she changed the way her city and her state did business. She purged the corruption right out of them no matter what the threat to her own political career was. Senator Barack Obama is just the opposite. He was part and parcel to all the corruption that was, and is still going on in Chicago. He is not the solution, he is part of the problem. Palin to slam Obama in convention speech ST. PAUL, Minnesota (CNN) -- Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin directs a sharp jibe at Barack Obama in her speech to the Republican National Convention Wednesday night, according to excerpts released by the campaign. Contrasting her resume with that of the Democratic presidential nominee, she says: "I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a 'community organizer,' except that you have actual responsibilities." Obama worked as a community organizer in Chicago in the 1980s before attending Harvard Law School. Palin was a two-term mayor of the town of Wasilla, Alaska, a small town of about 5,000 people. She also contrasts Republican presidential candidate John McCain with Obama. "In politics, there are some candidates who use change to promote their careers. And then there are those, like John McCain, who use their careers to promote change," she says. Palin is a first-term governor of Alaska whose selection as McCain's running mate last week caught many seasoned political observers by surprise. Her convention speech will be the first time she has addressed a national prime time audience as a member of the Republican ticket. In her prepared remarks, she directly addresses the skepticism some have expressed about her qualifications for the office, taking particular aim at the press. "I had the privilege of living most of my life in a small town. I was just your average hockey mom and signed up for the PTA because I wanted to make my kids' public education better," Palin says. Palin makes specific reference to the media whirlwind that has followed her since she was named to the VP slot. In the past week, news that Palin's 17-year-old unmarried daughter is pregnant, details of an Alaska investigation into whether she fired a state employee for inappropriate reasons and reports that she secured millions of dollars in federal earmarks for her small town, have swirled around the convention. "I've learned quickly, these past few days, that if you're not a member in good standing of the Washington elite, then some in the media consider a candidate unqualified for that reason alone," she says. "But here's a little news flash for all those reporters and commentators: I'm not going to Washington to seek their good opinion -- I'm going to Washington to serve the people of this country."

Isn't Hillary 6 feet under after Obambi won? Are you predicting a messy Obambi administration like Carter's and Hillary coming to challenge him in 2012 like Ted Kennedy did in 1980? Mark my words. It will be Sarah's turn to make history in 2012. She will be the GOP nominee. Count on that! A woman president of the most powerful nation on earth is more appealing than a black president.

Only experience she has is maybe a daycare. She can return the cloths, take experience classes for Katie Curic, and clean up after the hoodless Klan rallies, hibernate in Alaska again. They went clinging to their guns already.Run in 2012? WOW...what's the difference between a small time mayor with willful ignorance and good amount of meanness and a community organizer? Simple addresses...One back in Alaska the other at 1600 Penn Ave. Thank god for YouTube!
