These are workouts that benefit fighters mostly. You gain strength, yea- but the aim is practically to "tire yourself out". It simulates the burden of harsh breathing & muscle tenion during your average bout.
Notice how each exercise requires the entire body animated. Not like gym workouts which have machines to isolate body parts.

Everybody is saying that these workouts don't work....YES DA HELL THEY DO! if you want "BEACH" muscles then you do workouts from a men's magazine, all those 4 minute workouts. this is what really gets you strong. top mma fighters do it and so do Professional Strongmen(look them up;both of them especially strongmen)
