Hey, if you are squatting parallel, you are doing well. 410 is good. Keep it up. Kirk is competed between 242 and 275, was 5'7" and trained hard. And he is in a suit, wraps and belt. But, this is a GREAT GREAT squat! Close stance, below //. Not the 5 inch, in the american split squats you see today.
