exercise is important if u r at the computer all day... if u r close to school or work try walking or cycling cause this will work!!!!!

although proper ergonomics is important, it's not the major factor. The problem is being an out of shape. My wife was the same way. After her company spent thousands to improve her work space, things were not much better. I finally decided to tell her the truth. "Get in shape you lazy delicate blob. She began a strenght exercise and 5 years later still no complaints. Good for my sex life too. If your over weight and never lifted anything heavier then your purse -- GET IN SHAPE YOU BLOB.

In the 70,s no computer no problems. But now the comp is causing really bad injuries .Its sad that its a health hazard for spongers.
