I've debated hundreds of "Young Earth Creationists" in my life, and they always use the exact same arguments that have been debunked hundreds of times in peer-reviewed scientific papers. Sure I'll reply on your page with an answer poly-strata fossils.

Well I said to send me a message if you wanted a bunch of evidence for the big bang, because 500 characters isn't enough to explain dark energy, dark matter, Sachs-wolfe effect, tolman tests, time dilation, age of stars, fluctuations in the CMBR, abundances of light elements, hubble diagram, existence of the cosmic microwave background radiation, etc. The big bang explains each and every one of those. Do you think people came up with this theory just for fun? Science demands evidence.

although i agree with u that science and religion are not similar. Religion is the acceptance of something based on faith, science is trying to find out how the universe works. And science supports neither evolution nor the big bang theory. XD

dude afaceinthematrix................. I am a christian. I believe in intelligent design, a young earth and i totally oppose evolution and the big bang. if we were to have an online debate... i bet i could totally demolish you .XD and i'm 14. You say that the earth is billions of years old and that strata formed slowly over many years... how do you explain polystrate fossils.? Lol reply on my page thing when u come up with an answer

Page 2 of my response: Religion and science are not similar. In science, we gather evidence and data and then come up with a theory that fits the evidence. Once evidence comes up that disproves the theory, we throw it out and then form a new theory. Religion is opposite. You form a theory and then gather the evidence that supports your theory (ex. all evidence shows that the earth is NOT 6-10,000 years old but is actually 4.55 billion +-1% years old).
