If their is anything to blame for war it all goes back to the Treaty of Versailles, now stop arguing. The treaty insulted Germany and allowed Hitler to come into power. Hideki Tōjō had a hate for China and agreed with most of Hitlers doctrine. President Wilson is to blame for the Vietnam war, instead of helping stabilize Vietnam into a capitalist country, he let HoChiMi turn to the Soviets for advise and...well you know what came of that.
