i was on vacation so i haven't worked out in a few days. besides log lifting and raking over my vacation...
any in school should do track.
i get my cardio and after every practice our team goes to the weight room and we lift. you get every excercise your body needs and school does your mind as well.

ekueffel: dude, it comes down to physical training, correct diet, and also very importantly: REST.
Of course no one is going to post a video of them resting to show how ripped they got, or video themselves eating a tuna salad to show how sharp they got their abs.
But trust me on this: diet, exercise, and REST.

Just a note to any one who wants to do this workout. If you reach what your happy with don't just stop working out. You still have to keep it up. I would actually advise you to even push it a little further. Not that Im an expert or anything.

I look pretty much the same when he started so I'm gunna try this out. Probably keep my jogging aswell to burn some extra fat. |
