to the first guy, the bass is technically the bass GUITAR, so guitar hero could contain the bass guitar or guitar guitar. The beginning is guitar guitar tho.

the beginning of the song is played on guitar not bass. you play it like this with no frets: E A D G E A G, A D G B A D B then repeat. try it yourself.

wat r u talkin about??? john recorded this using his 62' fender n his 54' fo the solos the start of the song is 2442 on GUITAR... luk it up newere man... but there is a bass line to it aswell. the main riff is guitar though....
