He's miming the bass playing in this video.

That Davy Jones really is some bass player! His touch is so light, it almost seems that he's not touching the strings.

Yes one of the best female pop albums ever released in my opinion. She wrote Pleasant Valley Sunday with a tempo to be played much slower, Chip Douglas came up with the opening riff and the outstanding arraingment. Both Micky & Chip are both on record as saying she was not pleased when she first hearad there version but she mellowed and even does Chips arraingment in concert.

Is this the same carol king that released an album called tapestry?

Well actually it was Carol Kings take on moving to the suburbs of West Orange New Jersey, She said it was the first time her and her husband Gerry Goffin had tried the suburbian experience. There house was on a street called Pleasant Valley Way.

Yeah and the Naked Brothers Band suck. I dont believe that those kids play their own instruments at all. The only people who are real on that show are Alex and Nat. Mabey if they are a bit older then they can grow some talent. At least The Monkees did play their own instuments. They just didnt play them on the show. They started to gain more creative control of the music when Headquarters was released. Sorry for the long rant.

You know another band that started out on a TV show?
