I really do respect people choices, i just wanted to know if anyone watching this video considered this band as a "good second choice" in music, and not "THE best choice" in music... for example i can see "fifth element" as an action movie, but i preffer "cobra". I saw kaiser chiefs 3 weeks ago, and fuck, they really are thumbs down... Again i say, it's just an opinion, we are all big boys, i assume we can say things without anyone here feeling so touched...

the BIGGEST difference between sixties and now is the motivations for making music (sixties: spiritual growth - now: FUCKING MONEY)... I really don't see the difference between for example arcade fire and backstreet boys in terms of musical aspirations, the difference relays on the group of people they want to capture... BSB wanted teen girls, arcade fire wants pseudo-freethinkers.

I lvoe this band and song with all my heart. I think they are an amazing band with an amazingly large amount of talent, but that is MY OPINION! So, for all you folks who like to bug other people about what they think about this band, or others just shut up. If it's not OK for them to post their opinion then I guess its not OK for you to post yours. I rest my case

PS: picking on the kaiser chiefs doesn't make it any better. i'm not a fan but they are def. not bad as a band. jesus, go to a local newcomer show if you like bitching about shitty bands so much.

@floydoverdrive: romanticizing the past is a common thing, everybody does it and it has always been like that. i'm pretty sure that at the time when pink floyd ,for instance, released "the piper at the gates of dawn" there were a lot of folks whining about how crappy modern music is, just like you do today. maybe you should think a little before posting such complete and utter BS [...]
