This song isn't about how kids kill themselves and nothing changes. It is, but it's not about self pity. The artist is trying to say that you should stick it out. Killing yourself isn't sufficient revenge, living life to the fullest is.

it's wrong. this song is dedicated to Jeremy Wade Delle, a boy who killed himself at school... and probably to all young people who kill themselves and have a lot of problem in their lifes. they die but nothing change.. however, it's a really awesome song, I love it (sorry for my english, i can't speak it very well :S)

god bless americas children this song discribes children who kill inocent lives at schools
