wireless have been very improved from the begining and you don't have a problem when you play a game. believe me, i have 6000 v2.0 and it doesn't have problem at all

I'm a gamer so wired all the way. Nothing worse than playin online when, all of a sudden, your batteries die.

i prefer wired. but wireless is quite useful, but not so much in computer-related situations. wireless microphones are great on stage.
