Daniel Tammet is the man. He is great, and not just for his smarts with numbers. As someone who also has Asperger's syndrome, I could tell he does as well just by hearing him speak.
P.S. That art museum is my favorite one. I love the modern art there.

yeah, but it seems some people didnt get my point, i mean, you're talking to me like if i were a nazi! i'm just wondering if its better to be hyper-super-brained intteligent and can't go to the bathroom by yourself or be a freaking regular person and do whatever you want!!!! godamit... and no, i don't wanna be intelligent and ugly or pretty and donkey or any bullshit in this world, i'd rather be dead than live in this world of war and selfish people

sometimes it helps if to read your commments aloud to yourself and reflect on them. Does this comment make me seem shallow? is it well worded? will people understand, no matter how thick, what point I am trying to convey? I understand that your opinion is harmless. You wonder whether its better to have immense talent while being autistic or to be a regular, balanced person. This issue is difficult for anyone to approach as no one has played both sides of the field. |
