"they wont even let him sit! "
Why the hell should they? He doesn't even try to sit until they are trying to walk out the door with him. It's plainly obvious that his only goal at that point is to be a pain in the ass and cause a scene for his camera (it's his own camera filming his show).
You can't be serious with that comment? Do you really think someone who is under arrest and being taken to the station can just order the cops to stop and let him rest a while before going in?

"I don't doubt the guy was being a pain in the ass, but since when does that deserve a tasing?"
He wasn't tased for being an ass. Being an ass contributed to him being kicked out (and still given a chance to ask a question even though he was told to leave and flat refused).
He was tased a minute or so after being arrested, which came a minute or so after they tried to physically remove him for the second time. You should look up accounts of that day from witnesses.

I don't doubt the guy was being a pain in the ass, but since when does that deserve a tasing? I know plenty of police officers who are damn good about getting their point across without using that kind of physical force.

"SupportingMyself
freedom of speech is nothing these days. the internet is the only safe place." Actually, freedom of speech had NOTHING to do with the events of that day. How does ACCENT setting & enforcing RULES for THEIR forum equal the Government creating LAWS that infringe on our freedoms? It does NOT in ANY way.

"what rules did he BREAK"? 1) One question per person, he asked NINE. 2) 30 seconds to preface the question, he droned on for 90 seconds, 3) no swearing, he said "blowjob", like it or not, that IS coarse language. Also, THE Q&A SESSION WAS ALREADY OVER. At that point, it was no longer an open forum. It was a CLOSED forum. But they made an exception for him via Kerry's request.

what rules did he broke trying to ask question and then got arrested(or kicked off if you prefer)? since when is it wrong to speak and ask question in a students forum? i can understand your point of resisting an officer but why did the officers came to kick him off(as you said) in the fist place? he was doing a civilized conversation using no coarse languange.where is the problem with that.explain

yea but he was causing a commotion during an important showcase

No YOU just swallow what they tell you. You go on word of mouth that he got arrested JUST for asking a question when in reality, he broke the all rules & created a disturbance. Then he got kicked out, NOT arrested, KICKED OUT, but when he broke free from them TWICE, which is resisting an officer, the removal changed to an arrest. When he refused to allow them to cuff him, he got his ass zapped. You make the incorrect ASSumption that he was under arrest from the moment he was taken off the stage. |
