Hi Kenji, I did. I am actually in the process of putting together a video explaining some changes. I still run the numbers for cupertino, but the time I have to put together the videos is limited and I have been considering re-shuffling the communities I do this for. While Cupertino is one of my most popular market updates, I was planning to stop presentations for Cupertino and start one up for an area closer to my main service area.
