well...did they drop the charge? Great advice and use of knowledge of the laws. The court system today takes advantage of the lack of knowledge held by many people sitting in the hot seat.

the only difference between a prosecutor and a judge is the presence of a gavel. other than that, they're all pigs rolling around in the same filth getting their paychecks from the same source.

They are calling it criminal, and have told me over and over to go pay for one of their lawyers, who will only present options the court wants.
It's such a hopelessly flawed system. Private competing arbitration services will go a long way to end this kind of corruption, malfeasance and outright contempt for customers.

Is this Civil? Probably not because he said he was detained by the police.
He was supposed to have a lawyer provided for him if this was criminal and involved the police. Thats the person who explains the charges

I think you can really get to the next level as soveriegn individual under the rule of law, by bringing the charges to their door step. they slapped with a charge based on their leagl fictions, now it's your turn bind them to the constitution using the thier oath of office, and rack up real violations on them, get them fighting with each other and force them to recognize the real law they are supposed to be obeying.
