it is not word for word whatsoever. The only words they have alike are smokin' gun and the HA! The melodies and form of the song are very similar, but as stated before, she gave him writing credits because of that. The girl is a fan of his music. She performs "hillbilly highway" during her concerts. His influence is evident. When she realized what she did she gave him credit for it.

It totally is a rip off all she did was throw in ive given up on love and crap about lightin it up in karosene instead of "i feel alright" with a faster tempo...otherwise it is word for word!
