Which just goes to show how nationalistic Americans are. Globalisation is a 2 way street, US companies buy European ones, and vice versa. Besides, Bud is total crap. InBev did it for A-B's distribution system, not the beer. Another thing, the only thing American about A-B is that it's made in the US, it was started by Germans and Budweiser is originally from Czechoslovakia. No jobs lost and the beer can only get better in Belgian hands, so get over yourselves already.

o.k fellas, im a teamster who lives in st louis. weve been following this closely. A) inbev made an oppertunistic buisness proposition. this can be understood if not condoned. the shareholders had a choice, support augie, or the money. the fuckin jackoff pricks took the money when augie was depending on them. those are the fucks that are really to blame. all of those jobs gone so a few could get rich!!! fuckin assholes sold augie out!!!

Screw AB and the Bush family greedy bastards. AB couldn't brew a good beer if they tried. Now AB is getting a taste of their own medicine. They bought Rollin Rock and immediately turned around and closed the brewery in Latrobe, PA, laying off all the workers. Don't cry for AB. Their is much better beer out their. Support you local micro brewery!
