This new boss IS ubber easy..REALLY...just use the old school offerings+genji glove on locke.
All 4 characters with quick is just broken...lock will attack like 16 times with that combo, double ultimas and mass heals...kaizer will not last long.
I pwoned him at lv 80.

Nice fight.
I would exange relm for strago for the white wind and might defense and perhaps dragon force for locke, and maybe Edgar for the debilitator, but the thing that matter is that you have killed the dragon, so screw what i've said.

Kaiser was the hardest battle I fought. While Omega had to be killed three times, Kaiser had heartless angel spams in his last life, which HURT. Plus all his counters, making him very tough.

Genji Glove + Master's Scroll (attack eight times), Soul of Thamasa (Dualcast), Dragoon Boots + Dragon Horn (Jump attack up to 4 times).
