These are tired old arguments that tax protestors have been making for 50 years. They have lost every single case. As noted by the 7th Circuit in Thomas,788 F.2d 1250, the argument that the 16th Amendment is invalid is legally and factually wrong. This is a frivolous position that can result in a penalty of $5,000 if asserted in a tax return. Tax protesters lose every case because their basic ideas are ridiculous, contrary to common sense, history, statutes, and all previous court decisions.

Raider,
Please, tell me how you would have reacted differently than the men in Louisiana, who God-love-them, had their legally-owned weapons confiscated at gun point - by several heavily armed officers.
What exactly is it you would have done?
Lake Pontchartrain is fairly deep and very murky. I don't think anyone would have found their bullet-ridden bodies.
NOW, our government has awarded Blackwater a million dollar contract, to operate HERE! Baghdad was just a training exercise for them!

Besides being a non-apportioned tax (every state gets the same amount), the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified (this is what Dr Paul was speaking to).
FOUR states returned their vote correctly filled out and voted for etc, the others returned their vote incorrectly, some of the states didn't reply. FOUR states - hardly a majority!
ALL of our 'income' tax goes toward paying off the Federal debt we the US owe to the 'Federal' 'Reserve' CARTEL over printed paper money loaned to us.

Maybe spray paint the Georgia Stones. Thats like their(NWO/Builderburg Group) philosophy raped up in a nutshell.

Why was it so easy for the Americans to fall for the propaganda?
Rockefeller & Dewey created the US education system by using the philosophy of Hegel & Wundt
The same two men to whom Marx & Trotsky used to create Communism
In their own words, "to create a passive society of people who merely act as cogs in the wheel of society"
Thus, Americans are NOT critical thinkers |
